I have had the pleasure of being introduced to Rosemary over 6 months ago. She has been coming to our office for (Stress Management) individual treatment to all our staff and I have visited her a few times at her office in North Perth. I was quite skeptical at first, but must say within a short period of time I could see and feel the results of the treatment. The flower essences have helped me tremendously and I always feel quite calm and focused after a session. She is very professional, friendly and down to earth, a gifted person who loves what she does and it shows through her work.

After 4 sessions I’m not as upset with my kids when I get home from work (Stress Management).

I would like to say a big “THANK YOU” to you. I look forward to our weekly stress management sessions. It is amazing how you can tell what is going on in my life and what I need assistance in dealing with, and example of this is when my husband was going away you were the only one who could see how I was really feeling about his departure. About three hours after my treatment I felt like a huge pressure had been lifted off me and from that moment I felt able to deal with the situation and was not feeling overwhelmed by what was happening. I would like to say that the treatments you offer to our work place have been wonderful and I continue to look forward to you working your miracles with us.

Chalwest Conveyancing
In the settlement agent / conveyancing industry, clients can, at times, be extremely distressed, in tears or aggressive. These emotions are generally caused by deadlines not being met through situations that are often outside the control of the client and the conveyancer.
Judith Pinczuk, owner and Managing Director of Chalwest Conveyancing states that “Our workplace faced staff having personal issues that exacerbated the pressure that affects everyone that works in our industry. ”
“My staff are empathetic to the clients and tend to take very personally the grief and anxiety of the clients they deal with.”
From a business point of view, this is by far the best investment that I have ever made in my staff.
Judith found that her staff were generally exhausted and particularly on a Friday when most settlements take place. The pressure from work overflowed into the staff members’ personal lives and then pressure from home came back into the workplace.
Judith says “Even though there are business owners and managers who say that employees personal lives should be left at the door, in reality, this doesn’t really work. One definitely affects the other and you have to be aware of this.”
Expectations
“I was also hoping for a general easing of the tension and pressure that was a constant part of the environment in the office.”
“I wanted my staff to be calm sounding boards for our clients without getting personally involved. This would be in the best interests of both the client and our workplace”.
The staff at Chalwest were a bit sceptical of the treatments when it was suggested that something was going to be trialled. No one in the office had experienced Flower Essence treatments and were sceptical as to how a 10-15 minute treatment could have an effect as opposed to a longer more involved session.
- All staff were “on board” after only the second session.
Benefits
From an employer point of view, Judith noticed that:
- Staff were able to put things into perspective more easily
- Staff dealt with problems instead of getting caught up in them
- Everyone was calmer
- Productivity increased
- Teamwork in the office improved
- Staff had empathy, but are detached from the anxiety and emotion
“People were co-operating with each other more so than before the treatments which improved the general atmosphere in the office and both the quality and quantity of work being produced. There is a calmer more relaxed atmosphere in the office now and the staff are more in control. The office is no longer the tense, pressure cooker that it used to be”.
“Staff were sleeping better, they became more relaxed personally and all noticed differences with how they interacted with their families”.
